UGH!!!!

SO......

a few days ago I was updating a list of passwords and logins.... and the internet crashed. When it came back up- everything has been erased. I've spent the last two days trying to recreate the list. I HATE MY LIFE. Ugh- nobody is helpful at any of the companies I work with. Not agemni, not RS&I, not Dish Network. And of course, as soon as I find a way to reset this one important password, my e-mail crashes. :P :P :P (on all of you). I'm eating a cookie.
