Ok- so a friend of mine got her male coworker to get her his wife's cookie receipe. I wonder if she knows it's been given out... anyway I just made them, and they came out perfectly!! So, i'm sharing the receipe...
Chocolate Chip Cookies
3 1/3 C flour
3/4 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
2 sticks butter
1/2 c sugar
1 1/4 c brown sugar
2 eggs
2 egg yolks
1 tsp vanilla
chocolate chips
Heat oven to 325
whisk flour, salt and BS together
Beat butter, and sugar together
Add eggs and vanilla
Add flour
Add chips
I used a cookie scoop, baked for 12 min
Non-Utah living people, I'm in a high altitude area, you might want to adjust for lower alt areas....
